We have lots of home workers who connect to our network via VPN over ADSL or ISDN lines. Most are 2000pro users but we have a couple XPHome users who are having problems. They connect through via CISCO VPN client 3.6 OK, They pick up the correct DNS and WINS servers etc, they can resolve names to IP addresses and can ping servers on our network. Problem is they cannot connect through to any of the servers using \\computername\sharename or \\ipaddress. It always returns a Network error 53. Net use commands do the same.
I know our VPN concentrator and configuration is OK as all other users are OK. Tried turning off XP firewall as that seems to be a common answer to network problems !. I'm not an XP user so have nothing to play with here.

Any clues?
