I installed a new motherboard, new hard drive, and a new copy of XP Home. In running the Win CD the license acceptance key (F8) is not active. Tried two different keyboards, different hard drive, but the F8 key is still inactive. I am doing a clean install with only a video card in (no modem card installed). I haven't run into this problem before. Would appreciate any insight.
