XP freezing when Matrox G200 card installed.

With a different video card in, boot your machine up and get the latest drivers for the Matrox card. Then power down your PC, put in the Matrox card and boot up into safe mode. Install the drivers. Then boot and hopefully you'll be able to load XP.
