I'm having this problem with both a Windows XP and Windows
2000 computer. When a user double clicks My Computer to
open explorer, and then clicks on "Folders" on the menu
bar, the computer takes a dive. Basically all windows
close, icons disappear and you just see the background.
No error messages show up. Few seconds later windows
start menu reappears with the icons on the desktop. This
only happens when there is a folder pane on the left. Any
ideas what may be causing this?
Thanks!
