XP Domain / PC logon Problem

Hi,
I've just installed Netware 6 on a new small site which used to use a MS XPdomain. My problem is that all the users still log onto the xpdomain, when the PC boots up. The only user I've got on each PC is administrator. Which doesn't have any of the users settings and icons etc.. So I can't log on as that user..

My question is how can I get my users simply logging onto the PC rather than the XP domain, ensuring all setting remain the same. Don't want the users to know anything is different...

Been looking on the Interent and it's looking tricky to pull out NT right now...
