I can't login from the XP computer in to the NT 4.0 Server.
I have set up Domain in System on the XP and the XP computer is in the computer list in the Server.

First,Make sure that your Xp systems firewall is turned off. And on the local area connections authentication tab, make sure that the "enable IEEE 802.1x authentication for this network" box is checked. In the EAP type, select Smart Card or other Certificate. You may need to remove the system from the domain after the change, and then reconnect. Hope this works for you I'll look into some other solutions 4 U.

I had this same problem. The answer is in the level of security XP would like as a default vs that of NT 4.0. By changing the settings in you snap-in console for computer security options from a high NTLMv2 to a lower setting will allow the XP machine to log onto an NT domain.
