I can't for the life of me figure out how to get WinXP and Win2k to be able to share files between one another. I've got ICS going between the two comps (XP being the client, 2k the host) but cannot get files to share.

Could someone please provide some details on this? It'd be most appreciated.

Thanks to any who respond.

It could be a number of things, try these:

Make sure the firewall is off in XP.
Make sure simple file sharing is off in XP.
Make sure they are both in the same Workgroup (if that's what you are running)
Make sure they are on the same subnet (check their IP address).

If you need help with any of this just post again, otherwise post your findings.
