XP and 2000 network compatibility 1

Hey All,

Is it possible to network XP and 2000 professional easily and if so how would i go about configuring 2000 because i have only used the easy XP networking setup and windwos 98, which i can hardely rmember, no need to make it long, just a quick reply with if its easy and how to do it,

Make the workgroups the same, use IPs in the same subnet and have the same user accounts on all the PCs.
