xn120 - phone answers next call automatically when finished.

Hello,

We have an nec xn120 system.

How do we stop calls from automatically being answered when we have finished with the previous caller (receptionist likes a breather between calls!)

I do not recognize an NEC xn120 system. However if it is a 2000 or 2400 with ACD, then turn off the ACD auto answer in the split data.
