XMWK

Any ideas how many xmwk key's can be on a single M3904 phone? I have users who are telling me that the key's appear to be indicating they have mail, yet when they check there is none. Any other idea's, this just started happening after they asked for a bunch of xmwk key's be programmed. Heres is one of the tn's:

I bet they are rebelling (or confused) with having to use "Shift" to see if they have messages.

A good test (human and technical) would be to add a 2008 set in the area with all the XMWKs just for message indication and see if they still complain.

Hello Ghtrout,
Thanks, I thought about it could be them rebelling. I did offer them the sidecars for the M3904 so that they would not have to hit shift and they turned them down.(fear of being able to get more lines etc.) I was just not sure if there was a limit to how many XMWK key's could be applied to a single phone.
