sry man.. but nothing is usefull..
i think the solutions i have are either to uninstall norton partion magic (but i cant acess to xp) or to lock that drive but i dont know how??
any help plzz...

If you can't track down any solution from that error message by searching for it on Google and at Symantec Support, the only thing I can suggest is that you look at deleting D: partition and then formatting D: to the size that you want and then re-installing XP. If Vista can still access D: you can use that to save your data.

Have you tried running Chkdsk D: /r from the Recovery Console, or from Vista?

Using any Resize Partition program is not a risk free procedure.

The software that I use for partition work, and I am very happy with it and glad to recommend it, is supplied by this company.

i dont know how but the xp was repaired and im using it right now.. but the vista stopped work!! everytime i get an error in something called winload.exe any ideas??

What is the exact message concerning Winload.exe. "winload.exe is the operating system boot loader. It is invoked by the Windows Boot Manager in order to load the operating system kernel (ntoskrnl.exe) and (boot-class) device drivers,[1] and is in that respect functionally equivalent to (the operating system loader functionality of) NTLDR in prior versions of Windows NT".

This is a handy program to use when having Boot problems in Vista dual booting with XP. It can be run from XP and may correct the booting problem.
