Hi,

I have an XML file that is formatted through XSL:

In MyXML.xml there is a link to MyXSL.xsl.

In Internet Explorer the XML file is shown with the correct information.
When I change the content of the XML file (notepad) and I reload in Internet Explorer it is still the old data that is shown. Some minutes later I get the new data.

When I use the XML file without XSL I do not have this problem.

I tried already with <meta http-equiv="Expires" content="0"/> in the XSL but this does not help.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

It sould like it is a cache problem. Try Ctrl-F5 to
force a refresh. Also delete all temporary files.
If you are accessing the page via an ISP, the ISP
may have a page cache somewhere which is only
refreshed periodically.

Ctrl-F5 and deleting temporary files is not a solution.
I still get the old data.
Does Internet Information Server do caching?

I also added HTTP Header "Cache-Control: no-cache" in the HTTP headers of Internet Information Server but this does not help. I still get the old data. A few minutes later I get the new data.

Did you solve this problem?

If yes, I am interested!

Have a similar problem...

Yes, I solved the problem.

I use a simple ASP to display the XML with XSL.
In that way you have always the most recent version of the data from the XML file.
