Has anyone used xml spy? What is your opinion of it, is it worth downloading the free trial or even buying it? Anyone have any problems with it?

I did not like the way they display nested elements. I had a tough time visualizing the document because of the way they do drill-down.

But it all depends on what you need an XML editor for?

Excellent tool.

Only thing I would change would be to turn off the syntax color-coding in the text view -- it takes too much CPU.

very good, expensive, but it burns resources. (See Chiph's post).
