XI and holidays

I heard that there we plugins for Crystal XI that had enhanced features. The one specifically mentioned was a plugin for detecting holidays from your database so they could be seperated out. Can anyone point me in the direction of where that would be? I'm struggling to find much on the Business Objects website.
