XHTML output in FrameMaker 7.1

I just started with Adobe FrameMaker 7.1.
According to the documentation I should be able to export a document as XHTML. When I use File .. Save As .. I can export as XML or as HTML, but the result is surely not XHTML. I read the "Using the XHTML Starter Kit Manual" but that did not help me much further either.

Can anyone explain me about the steps I need to take to export a document as XHTML ?

You need to use the version of WebWorks Publisher that comes with Framemaker.
