Hi
Problems with an 8200. Have changed bulbs as per instructions - originals had blown (brilliant - thanks!) Put all back together and paper jammed (I think this is due to paper size selector in paper tray - long story but both holes have been blocked with tape - have seen on here now that should only be one covered - the original plastic bit had broken...)
problem is that now when I start up it displays error 16.001.43:18560 and stops - flashing red
I can get into diagnostics mode and it looks like the TCP heater is not able to start (blown?) but am not entirely sure what the TCP heater is...
The bulbs were just 'store bought' (in the UK - 120V 150W) and no longer light up (they did when first fitted - erratically - but I seem to remember the originals did too) I have read that store bought is ok to use but am concerned that this might not be the case and that 'something else' electrical has suffered because of these bulbs
Anyone shed some light?
Many thanks in advance for any help
