Xerox 6250 Blue prints Purple - Purple print should be blue

I print out from the front panel color test pages
"Color Reference" Pages everything looks good except Blue prints as Purple.

The colors for CMYK and RGB print as follows.
C = fine; looks purely like Cyan
M = fine
Y = fine
K = fine

R = Fine (a bit orangish on fadeout)
G = Fine
B = looks very PURPLE
Blue, is obviously printing purple.

I have perfromed both basic and advanced calibrations from the printer control panel.
The printer still prints very purple in place of blue.
I have changed the cyan tonor cartridge. Same results.
Any Ideas?
