WXP Home Firewall causing slow SMTP connection 1

Hello all

I was always having slow SMTP(Outgoing)connection using Outlook Express. I turned off WXP Firewall and now email (Incoming and Outgoing)speeds along with no errors.

Your thoughts will be appreciated

Download another firewall, blackice or zonealarm are decent.
The integrated windows firewall isnt configurable enough in its current incarnation.
