WWW Service Stop and Restart HoW?

I was just given the role to manage IIS 5.0. What is the proper way to shutdown

http://WWW Service

and then bring it back up.

The issue is sometimes when we RoboCopy over from our Staging Server to the Live Server the files get updated, but in Internet Explorer it is still showing the old ASP page. FYI: It is not the browser issue fix either. It seems IIS is still caching the old site.

BTW the quickest way to shutdown and restart is;

select Run... from the start menu, type in "iisreset" (no quotes), hit enter.
