When trying to inatall MS Proxy Server 2.0 on NT server, I get an error saying the World Wide Web Publishing Service will not start. When I go to the Serevices window in Control Panel and try to start the Service manually, I get the following error: "Could not start the World Wide Web publishing service on \\hostname. Error 0032: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." When I look at the Event Viewer I see Event ID: 7023 "The World Wide Web Publishing Service terminated with the following error: An internal error occured." When I look on TechNet, it appears that event id 7023 is a generic error code and I'm having a hard time trying to find out how this applies to my situation.
