WSM 7.3 locks up on FB III 700

I have a problem with the WSM that locks up when connected for a short time (1-2 minutes). No difference when login with read/write or status password. Happens on Win XP+SP2 (FW off), Win 2k pro+SP4 and Win 2k Server+SP4.

Reboot command from WSM works almost every time then I'm able to connect again.

I don't have any special settings on the FireBox. Just the defaults and PPTP and IPSec passtrough.

Has anyone a solution for this?
