I have a 2924 and I cannot seem to get into it. Lost login info and cannot even get console to connect.

You will need a terminal emulator like tera term set to 9600,8,n,1 connected to the console port . If you aren't seeing anything you either have the wrong cable or the switch is totally hosed . You should see something on the console one you plug it in .
