Wrong version of program running !

Hi, hope this is the correct forum for this.

I've created an app in VB and distributed it using Installshield, been like this for 3 years, no problems. Lately we've had an issue if the user is connected to a LAN, when they uninstall the previous version and install the new version it still runs the old version of the app.

This has us frustrated as h**l and beating our heads of (many) walls. Any ideas?????

Try deleting the folder in program files, and then running a registry cleaner such as below.

Does it do the same thing if after they install it, they disconnect from the network?
