I have an office with a R015x.00.0.825.4 load that is experiencing a problem with their 6408D+ Digital phones displaying the wrong time ever since the DST change earlier this month.

I've connected to the system with ASA and a "disp time" shows the accurate time, so the DST table seems to be working properly. It just isn't getting the proper time to these digital phones.

I've had users unplug phones, but they still come up with the time off by an hour when they are reconnnected.

Any suggestions?

On the Systems Features form there is an entry on page 10: 'System Updates Time On Station Displays?'. Make sure that field is set to 'y'.

Thanks for the info, Kevin, but that is not the culprit.

The "System Updates Time On Station Displays" value was on page 9 for me, but it has already been set to "Y".

Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

Very interesting, 1a22ip!!!

I just checked that table and the "Main" location was set for a +01:00 "offset". I've adjusted that to +00:00 and now waiting for feedback from someone in that office to verify the time has been adjusted on his phone.

I will be certain to "Star" your response should this prove to be the fix.

Thanks!
