Wrong Register input on a 1601r Router -- HELP!

I put the wrong register in when breaking this router open... put in 0x2102c instead of 0x2102.. now this thing is a brick. COnsole doesn't do anything..

Is there *any* way to fix this thing?
 
Try changing the speeds on your terminal emulator to see if you can get it to respond , a lot times when change the register it changes the terminal emulation speed so it is not 9600 8,n,1 . You may have to play with it , go in increments of 9600 .
