Wrong project metatable

I had multiple projects in the Visual Foxpro Projects directory and put the files of each project into its own directory. I rebuilt one of the projects and on execution of the the main program I get a message that says the the metatable MTEACHERS_APP.DBF can't be found. This is an entirely different projects metatable. Somehow I have managed to put into the framework (or somewhere) something which causes it to look for this file when executing the USE for THIS.cMETATABLE in the validatemetatable procedure of app_application object. I can't find where cMETATABLE is being set to see if I can figure out what is wrong.

Can some one kindly point me in the right direction or tell me how to correct the situation? I am using VFP8.

I would suggest you try to use the default directory before recompiling.
Tools->Options->File locations->Default directory.

Thanks Mike, but I set the default to the "new" project directory and it still gave me the same result.

Maybe I should create a new project and copy all the files over to the "new" project?

Given that you are using 8.0, why don't you use the Code References tool to seach for every instance of cMETATABLE in your code?
