Wrong Number

Anyone ever heard of a CICS dialing a wrong number everytime, but able to receive calls all the time correctly? Like instead of 888 dials 672 and so forth? DS cards 6.1 CICS. Loop start 4 lines. Verizon Adtran used for data and voice on split T. 5 voice rest data. No known problem with data.

Check routes? If it's not to big maybe a startup.

I would get on each line with my test set and try to dial out.

I would also get on the I-ATA and test since there is no conversion from the digital dial pad to the trunk card.

Other wise I use a digit grabber and monitor the digits on that line going to my provider.

Update, turned out to be the DS card. I could dial 800 numbers ok, but could not call any local area codes. Really strange. Have not had this opportunity in the past. I guess we learn everyday.
