Writing multi-language programs 1

Hi all,
I am somewaht of a novice programmer and i am about to create an application in visual basic that is intended to be used in multiple languages i.e. English, German and French. I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction in this area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The tool you are probably looking for is 'Resource File'. Do a search on this forum using advanced search, exact phrase, last 6 months
