Hi,

Our reports use AcExcelWorkbook and and excelAPI.bas to export small parts of the reports to excel. We have no problem when export to local hard drive, but when trying to export to a NAS network drive, the excels output are not written. No error message appear. Reports still complete and the ROIs displayed just fine. However, if the network drive is a Samba drive, the excels are generated.

Anyone has any idea why Actuate might have problem with writting to a NAS network drive?

Note: NAS = network attached storage. I'm not quite sure what the real equipment/software our admin uses to run the NAS.

We use: Actuate iServer SP 2 Fix 5 on NT 4 SP6.

Thanks in advance,

nvtluong.
