That makes the file "Ready to Be Written to CD". Then you could launch explorer to their CDRW drive and let Windows take over from there, letting them click "Write these files to CD" and letting Windows deal with issues such as if the disk is in the drive, etc.
I have looked in the past to find a way to automate the actual burning and was discouraged. I ended up using a 3rd party tool. Perhaps someone else has had a better experience and can post though.
