Write in Outlook Calendar from Access

Hi,
Writing anppointment in the calendar on the computer that the Access application is running is functioning fine.

Now, I want to write an appointment into the calendar of one of the other users.

How do I do a thing like that?
We are running Exchange 5.5 SP4.
