write cache enabled

Hi
I have windows 2000 server with service pack 3.
I can use the write cache enabled section inthe device manager disk drive properties before installing service pack 3 .and now how can enable it again...Please help me

and microsoft says "Possible Data Loss After You Enable the "Write Cache Enabled""

seems like microsoft didnt like to leave this option available to you ebcause of what you just said...
they say it here too..

seems like service pack 3 disables the chance to be modified...and to tell you the truth, i have the same way you do. A+, MCP, CCNA
