Write alternate TCP/IP configuration to registry

Has anyone here had experience with writing the alternate TCP/IP configuration to the registry via a C# app? I've got it mostly done, but I can't figure out how to create the binary value that must be written for the ip address. I can write a binary value to the registry, but I'm unsure as to what the binary value must be that needs to be written to the registr.

Thanks for any help.
