What's the difference between a regular WP-91153 and WP-91153-L3, WP-91153-L2, WP-91153-L1 power supplies for SCC cabinet?

The List numbers (L1, etc.)indicate changes and or improvements to the power supply, you can go the same or higher, but it is unwise to go less, unless you have one or multiple of a lower List number existing in the same system currently. Certain builds have specific requirements, as to power supply List #'s
The current replacement for all WP-91 series is 1217, which is a global unit.
