Would Office 2003 run under Windows XP?

I had a PC running Windows 98 with Office 2003. When I got a new PC with Windows XP, I got just the Works Suit for it and for a time ran both.

I've now stopped using the Windows 98 machine and plan to sell it, or maybe give it away since it is old. But it occured to me that I could move the Office 2003 onto the new machine, which would be OK if I also unistalled it on the old one. And if it will run without any fancy coding.

Can anyone advise? I tried a search but could find nothing about this.

Hi, Gwyndion

Yes, office 2003 runs fine under XP. That is the configuration the majority of its users are running.

If you want to keep the stuff from the '98 machine, copy out the .pst file(s) & then import them back in once installed on the new box.

Thanks
