Would like to know "How to View all locked accounts at one time"

I would like to know if there is a way to do a search or write a script that will show all of the locked accounts at one time. We are having problems with accounts getting locked and I would like to unlock all of the accounts in the morning before the employees get in but I would have to search two sites and more then sixty accounts to find them. I have look into LDAP as an option but it not very clear of how to write the script.

Any help will be better then none at all...
