Worth making a standard question template?

Guys, not sure if this would be used by the users, but it would make answering some questions easier and shorten the posts hopefully. Please feel free to add or modify to make it more useful.

are you thinking of a faq? i don't have a problem with the change but i don't see where it's going to be posted... one thing a lot of us forget is this is a forum for professionals.. we all try to help people that do not fit that bill.. most techs do a search prior to posting...

my opinion.. a tech will give enough detail, a non tech will still ask questions about the time on a 7208...

Not so much a faq, as a cut and paste template they (people with questions) can use to fill out, gets people to include some info that they might not find relevent, but might be important to their question......


 
That would be great, but how would they know to use it?
