Now & then, i have to stop & re-start World Wide Web Publishing service or restart the server.
It was discovered due to the CPU usage 100%.
Ctrl, Alt, Del, goto processes tab, the image name of "inetinfo.exe" has a
CPU rating '99'.
What could be the caused of it? How to resolve this issue permanently?
