Workstation failed to start with service ocntrol error

am trying to nstall a network card, its a supercom card, it does not install givin me error 'workstation failed to service terminated with service ocntrol error' gives me event id 7024 and cant find nuthin on technet..
any ideas wha it cud be... am using nt4 workstation on a nt4 server..
2 more errors i get are, unable to remove name space provider and registry subkey already exists

What card is in there right now? Did you load the drivers for the new card and you're still getting the error?

Perhaps uninstalling the old card first?
