Workload Manager and DTO

Can Workload Management be configured to run jobs in CA's Data Transport Option (DTO)? In other words, once a batch job creates a file, DTO would be triggered to pick it up and deliver it to the right location(s).

Any help would be appreciated.

Workload trigger can be defined to monitor the existance of a file and fire off a job to execute DTO cmds to send the file to its destination.
