working with MySql using VBA

Hi all,

I've installed the mysql drivers (3.51) and i've selected the microsoft activex data objects library with the VBE.
I've also created a DSN through my control panel. These are the necessary steps right?

Can anyone tell me what i do next to connect to my database and start querying/pulling data off it?
