I recently was given the task to build a Job run-list for our plant. Currently, all info is paper driven. I built a simple database using Access 2000 to collect the data and format reports. I will be completely modest and say this is my first attempt. I taught myself Access over the weekend. Anyway, to prevent all of Customer Service from having to install Access for this small task, I decided to use Data Access Pages for data entry and to summarize reports while the main database resides on a server with Access 2000. Even though I have the data entry part down, I am stumped in some areas.

I would like to:

1. Track updates when changes have been submitted. I understand in a form this is simple, but this is a data access page! I created a field called LastModified and would like the current date/time to be submitted when the data is changed and saved through the DAP.

2. I am having trouble with the pivot-tables not showing all fields when the DAP is printed. Even though page-setup is set for 8 1/2 x 14 landscape, the pivot table only goes about 8 1/2" across and cuts off?? The rest of the page prints fine!

Can anyone answer these 2 (hopefully) simple questions?
