Workgroup - some computers can't see the other

I have a Workgroup and from certain computers it can see all of the computers in the workgroup, on a couple I can't see all of the computers, I have either Windows NT, or 2000 on all boxes. Shouldn't I be able to see all of the computers in the Workgrooup from any computer in my domain or workgrgoup?

Are you using Novell? Is the NWLink IPX/SPX protocol installed on all the PCs?

Is it that they can't communicate with the other computers (i.e. by pinging NetBIOS names and/or IP addresses), or that the computers aren't all listed in Network Neighborhood?
