I've got a workgroup of five computers and two simply won't get with the program!!!

I added two computers and neither one will look at each other or any of the other three within the workgroup.

Three of the computers are Compaqs and the two that won't get with the program are Dells. Would that have anything to do with why they can't see any of the others? Do I need to do something with their BIOS?

Thanks.

Check your network protocols, your IP adr's, Workgroup Name, Network cards and physical connections. How is your network built? Is DHCP involved? Do you have a switch or router involved? are the network cards capable of seeing each other? 10base? 100base? If both Dells are not working then it is less likly that you have a hardware problem in the computer itself. Bios perhaps, but doubtful. Can you post some more info to work with???
