Hello,

I'm hoping you might be able to help me or advise.

I'm a Telecom Manager in the UK, I have worked on various avava's (Old Definity, CM,s S700's, Audix etc etc) for a few companies as an system manager. I would like to get more into the installations with BP's etc.

I have been studing all year and got upto a ACS in IP Implement/Design and the ACE in SIP bit. Got a CCNA as well for the IP theory knowledge

Problem is that nobody seems to want to employ somebody with no previous experience of install/maintainence of at least 2 yrs. I think I'd be okay and all I need is somebody to take a punt or babysit me for a month etc. Cannot even get a foot in the door with the experience at the moment.

Any tips of how to get into the game, how did you all start?

Any advise would be great, as I have spent a few $'s and really want to put into pratice what I have learnt.

Great site and very helpful in studies and day to day
