Wordart view not displayed

When one of my user start the Wordart Gallery it display blank squares. If you select one of them and click OK it applies the change to the selected text. What could be the cause of this? I applied service pack relaod the video drivers. Uninstall Office 2000 and reinstall. I also used the repair utility. Nothing tried fixed the problem.

You need to update the Video driver the system.
