Word2003 speech recognition error?

Hi there,

One of the machine with WXPSP2 & OFF2003SP1, when save a file of word2003, it will prompted "The document was saved, but data for speech recognition was lost because there was not enough space to store it. Be sure to turn off the microphone when you are not recording, and check the available storage space on the disk"

From control panel's lanugage optin, speech recognition was not installed at all. Wondering what's wrong with it?

User playing with settings, and changing them back before you got there?

Seen that happen before...
