One of my users is having a bit of trouble with Word2000 when he selects 'send to mail reciepient (as attachment)'. When Word attaches the document, it inserts it as an .rft instead of a .doc. Can anyone tell me where the settings are to change this (if any), as he would like to send the attachments as .docs and I can't find the settings anywhere. Again, Microsoft Online support offered me no clue as to where they are.
