I have a couple of users that use Word XP. While typing, spaces are inserted in the middle of words. Sometimes if they delete the word and re-type it everything is fine, but most of the time, they can't get rid of the spaces within words. All Service Packs and patches have been installed. Any suggestions?

Small chance, but have you tried replacing thier keyboards? There may be an intermitant problem with them.

Have you checked Autocorrect functions?
Let's imagine a person named "Hithere". Sounds like autocorrect, if Word splits it to Hi there.
