I am seeing an issue where some templates or documents that were created in a version of office previous to office XP are not opening correctly in office 2003. It does not happen all of the time, however. The error message in the subject is what I get when one of these 'problem documents' is opened. The suggestion to "open and repair" the file does meet with success. If you are not familiar with this, from the open dialog box, once you choose the file, instead of clicking open, you click the drop down arrow at the right of the open button and choose open and repair from the drop down list. This does fix the file and allow me to open it. It also gives me two errors associated with the file and they are: Internal Data Integrity (Type 4)1 and Internal Data Integrity (Type 4)2. Clicking "Goto" puts the cursor at the top of the page for both errors. Microsoft has submitted a hotfix for this issue, 828041. I had already had this applied to my machine before encountering the issue so this does not work either.

Any ideas or suggestions to this problem are most welcome.
